Response time
We aim to reply within a few working days. Corrections are handled first — usually same day, because a wrong number on a live page is the worst thing we can ship.
We may not reply individually to general comments, but we read everything.
Why there is no form here
We would rather show you a working email address than a contact form that quietly drops your message. Email is the method we actually monitor, so it is the one we offer.
Everything we would ask in a form is useful to include in your email: what page you are writing about, and a link to a source if you are reporting a correction.
