About these tools
Are these Kimi tools free?
Yes. All four tools are free, require no account, and have no usage limit. They run entirely in your browser using JavaScript on the page.
Is any data I enter sent to a server?
No. Every calculation happens locally in your browser. Nothing you type into the token counter or the cost calculator is transmitted, stored or logged. You can confirm this by watching your browser network tab while you type.
Where does the pricing data come from?
Every price and specification is transcribed from Moonshot AI’s own platform documentation, and each figure carries the date it was last verified. Where Moonshot has not published a number, the tools show a dash rather than an estimate.
Do these tools work with the official Kimi API?
They model the official Kimi API’s published pricing but do not connect to it. Nothing here needs an API key, and no request is ever made to Moonshot on your behalf.
