• This is not the official Kimi website.
• We do not speak for Moonshot AI, and nothing here is an official statement.
• We are not resellers, and we sell no Kimi product or subscription.
• We have no advance access to unreleased models or announcements.
• We have never asked for your Kimi credentials, and we never will. No page on this site has a login form. If you find one claiming to be us, it is not.

The official Kimi website is kimi.com. The official developer platform is platform.kimi.ai.

We cannot help with your Kimi account

We receive these requests, and we genuinely cannot act on any of them:

• Account access, login problems or password resets
• Billing, refunds, invoices or subscription changes
• API key issues, quota increases or rate limit exceptions
• Bug reports about Kimi models or apps
• Anything requiring access to your account

All of these go to Moonshot AI directly. We have no access to your account, no relationship with their support team, and no ability to escalate anything on your behalf.

What we are glad to hear about: corrections to our content, requests for guides we have not written, and anything on this site that looks wrong.

Accuracy and staleness

Every specification, price and date on this site is transcribed from a primary source and carries the date we verified it. Where a figure has not been published, we say so rather than estimating. Our method is documented in our editorial policy.

That said, this field moves fast. Moonshot has retired four model lines in under a year and changes pricing without warning. Information here can be out of date by the time you read it, however recently we checked.

Treat this site as a well-researched starting point, not as a substitute for the vendor’s own documentation. Before you commit money or architecture to a decision, confirm the numbers at the source we link to.

Our tools produce estimates

The calculators on this site are estimates, and we say so on each of them:

• The token counter uses a character-ratio approximation. We do not have Moonshot’s tokenizer, so no browser-based tool can be exact. Expect roughly 10–15% error on English prose, and more on code.
• The cost calculator applies published list prices to the numbers you enter. Your real bill will differ because token counts vary with your content, cache hit rates move with traffic, and tax is added at checkout.
• The context visualizer uses stated conversion factors that are approximations by construction.

Use them to compare options and get a sense of scale. Do not use them as a quotation.
